The 2018 New Orleans Bowl is a college football bowl game that will be played on December 15, 2018,[1] with kickoff scheduled for 9:00 p.m. EST (8:00 p.m. local CST).[2] It will be the 18th edition of the New Orleans Bowl, and will be one of the 2018–19 bowl games concluding the 2018 FBS football season. Sponsored by freight company R+L Carriers, the game will be officially known as the R+L Carriers New Orleans Bowl.

Teams

The game will be played between teams from the Conference USA (C–USA) and the Sun Belt Conference.
