The 2018–19 Vegas Golden Knights season is the second season for the National Hockey League franchise that started playing in the 2017–18 season. Prior to the season, the NHL suspended Nate Schmidt for 20 regular season games for violating the terms of the NHL/NHLPA Performance Enhancing Substances Program.[1][2]
