The 2013–14 SC Atlético season were in the island and top division of Cape Verdean football. They would be the island champions for the 14th time,^[1] at the nationals, they played in Group B and finished 3rd in group stage.^[2]

The club scored a total of 30 goals. Of which 27 was scored in the São Nicolau League^[1] and only three in the national championships.^[2] Their total points was 32 for the island^[1] and 7 in the national championships.^[2]
