Parfait is de jongere broer van doelman Steve Mandanda.

Op 7 november 2011 maakte Parfait zijn debuut in de Belgische tweede klasse in de thuismatch tegen Lommel United. Hij verlengde op 18 oktober 2017 zijn contract bij Sporting Charleroi tot 22 juni 2022. [1][2] [3]
