Euphorbia alcicornis
Euphorbia alcicornis is een plantensoort uit de familie Euphorbiaceae. De soort is endemisch in Madagaskar. De soort komt voor in het noordwesten van Imerina in het Centraal Hoogland, in de buurt van Ampotaka. De plant groeit daar op hoge plateaus, in rotsige gebieden en kliffen. De soort komt voor in versplinterde en verstoorde habitats, die worden bedreigd door vermindering en bosbranden, vandaar dat deze soort staat op de Rode Lijst van de IUCN geklasseerd als 'kritiek'.[1]
