Bank of Italy Building
Het Bank of Italy Building of Clay-Montgomery Building is een bouwwerk in San Francisco, in de Amerikaanse staat Californië. Het acht verdiepingen tellende gebouw werd in 1908 de hoofdzetel van Amadeo Giannini's Bank of Italy, nadat de aardbeving van 1906 het oorspronkelijke bankgebouw aan Montgomery Avenue (nu Columbus Avenue) vernield had. In 1930 vormde Giannini's Bank of Italy de basis vormde voor de Bank of America. Het Bank of Italy Building werd in 1921 de hoofdzetel van een andere bank uit Giannini's portefeuille. In de jaren 30 werd het gebouw een filiaal van de Bank of America. In 2012 opende de luxewinkelketen Wingtip een filiaal op de gelijkvloerse verdieping van het pand.
Het gebouw bevindt zich op 552 Montgomery Street en ligt naast de Transamerica Pyramid, de voormalige hoofdzetel van de Transamerica Corporation, dat ooit ontstaan was als holdingbedrijf van Giannini.
Het Bank of Italy Building werd in 1978 op het National Register of Historic Places geplaatst en erkend als National Historic Landmark.
