Yorkville, Placer County, California

Yorkville is a former settlement in Placer County, California.[1] Yorkville is located 1.5 miles (2.4 km) north of Yankee Jims.[1]

Yorkville was a mining camp that sprung up in 1853 at a site where gold was discovered.[1]
