Wahconah Falls are created where Wahconah Falls Brook makes four individual drops,[4] tumbling over an outcrop of the Becket Gneiss formation.[5] The falls have been described as "rather photogenic" depending on time of year.[5]

Visitors can hike, fish, and picnic. Swimming and wading are also possible.[6]
