Dangon

Dangon is a village in the Raikot tehsil of Ludhiana district in Punjab State, India.[1][2] Dango is the other variation for the same name.[3][4][5]

The shooting of Aamir Khan starrer movie "Dangal", with Aamir portraying the role of Mahavir Singh Phogat took place in the villages of Gujjarwal, Narangwal, Kila Raipur, Dango and Leel in Punjab and Haryana in September 2015.[7]
