Four titles were awarded to participate internationally (2 titles from the Big Four international beauty pageants and 2 minor international beauty pageants) and one runner-up position were given in the following order:

50 delegates have been selected to compete in this year.

^1 Henna Kaizzelle Nicole Cajandig is the replacement of Bb. #35 Theresa Marie Fenger who withdrew from the pageant 2 weeks before the finals. Miss Cajandig was chosen from the remaining field of 70 aspiring entrants (over a hundred signed up) who were called back at the final screening on Feb. 23rd at the Gateway Suites in Quezon City to complete the Top 50 Golden Batch of candidates.

• Bb. #17, Carin Adrianne Ramos was Mutya ng Pilipinas 2012 Top 10 semifinalist
• Bb. #20, Bea Rose Santiago was Mutya ng Pilipinas 2011 Overseas Communities and Top 10 semifinalist
• Bb. #21, Lourenz Grace Remetillo was Miss Supranational Philippines 2011 and competed at Miss Supranational 2011 but unplaced
• Bb. #27, Vania Valiry Vispo was Miss World Philippines 2012 Top 12 semifinalist
• Bb. #33, Parul Shah was a Turismo Pilipina 2008 candidate
• Bb. #38, Mariz Ong was a Miss World Philippines 2012 candidate
• Bb. #39, Mutya Johanna Datul was a Mutya ng Pilipinas 2012 Top 10 semifinalist
• Bb. #41, Ariella Arida was a Miss Philippines Earth 2012 candidate

• Miss Universe Philippines 2013, Ariella Arida competed at Miss Universe 2013 on November 9, 2013 at Crocus City Hall in Moscow, Russia where she placed 3rd Runner-Up
• Binibining Pilipinas International 2013, Bea Rose Santiago competed at Miss International 2013 on December 17, 2013 at Tokyo, Japan where she was later crowned as Miss International 2013 . She is the Philippines' fifth Miss International
• Binibining Pilipinas Tourism 2013, Joanna Cindy Miranda competed at Miss Tourism Queen International 2013 on October 5, 2013 in Xianning, China where she placed as a Top 10 finalist Miss Tourism Ambassador Asia and Best in Attitude.
• Binibining Pilipinas Supranational 2013, Mutya Johanna Datul was later crowned as Miss Supranational 2013 in Minsk, Belarus on September 6, 2013. She is the Philippines' and Asia's first Miss Supranational.
• Bb. #15 Pia Wurtzbach later joined Binibining Pilipinas 2014 placing among the top 15 and competed again to become Binibining Pilipinas - Universe 2015 and later on she was crowned Miss Universe 2015.
• Bb. #19 Hannah Ruth Sison later joined Binibining Pilipinas 2014 where was finished 2nd Runner Up and once again joined in Binibining Pilipinas 2015 to finished 1st Runner Up before aging out.
• Bb. #33 Parul Shah later joined Binibining Pilipinas 2014 and was crowned Binibining Pilipinas - Tourism 2014. She was then appointed by Binibining Pilipinas to represent the Philippines in Miss Grand International 2015 at Bangkok, Thailand where she placed 3rd Runner-Up.
• Bb. #47 Aiyanna Camille Mikiewicz was later joined Miss Tourism World Philippines 2013 on May 17, 2013 as crowned Miss Tourism World Philippines 2013. She competed in Miss Tourism World in Equatorial Guinea on October 12, 2013. She placed as Top 20 semifinalists and won an Award of Queen Tourism Asia.
• Bb. #18 Christine Paula Love Bernasor was sent to the Miss Scuba International 2013 pageant in Kota Kinabalu, Malaysia on Dec. 20 where she placed 1st Runner-up earning the country's first win and she later on represented Philippines in Miss Tourism International 2014 held in Shenzhen, China and was part of the Top 5 in National Costume.
• Bb. #48 Angeli Dione Gomez was later joined Mutya ng Pilipinas 2013 Tourism International on July 26, 2013 and crowned as Miss Tourism International 2013-2014 at a pageant held in Putrajaya, Malaysia on December 31, 2013.
• Bb. #45 Imelda Schweighart was later crowned Miss Philippines Earth 2016 on June 11, 2016. She competed in Miss Earth 2016 on October 29, 2016 but unplaced. Schweighart later resigned due to controversies and is replaced by Loren Mar Artajos, who is former Miss Philippines Water 2016.
• Bb. #13 Charmaine Elima later joined Binibining Pilipinas 2017 where she placed 1st Runner-Up.
• Bb. #31 Maria Angelica de Leon later joined Binibining Pilipinas 2017 and was crowned Binibining Pilipinas - International 2017. She competed in Miss International 2017 on November 14, 2017 in Tokoyo, Japan where she was unplaced.

• Opening Number - Martin Nievera opens the show sings the Binibining Pilipinas theme song. He is joined by the past and present titleholders of Binibining Pilipinas.

• Swimsuit Competition - Pyro Dancers
• Evening Gown Competition - Sam Concepcion, Matteo Guidicelli, Xian Lim, Sam Milby serenade the candidates. They are singing a cover of Smokey Mountain’s “Kailan” with "Popera" artist Jonathan Badon singing Somos Novios and Hymne a L' Amour.
