Wolvi is a locality in the Gympie Region, Queensland, Australia.[1]

History

The locality name Wolvi is derived from the Aboriginal word (Kabi language, Dulingbara dialect), wolvai or wollai, meaning a young kangaroo almost weaned.[1]
