Wayne Stetski MP (born May 23, 1952) is a Canadian politician, who was elected in the Canadian federal election, 2015 to represent the riding of Kootenay—Columbia in the 42nd Canadian Parliament.[1][2] In June 2016 he introduced a private member bill (Bill C-281) that would make the Friday before Thanksgiving Day be known as "National Local Food Day".[3]

From 2011 to 2014, he served as mayor of Cranbrook, British Columbia.[4] He was defeated along with the rest of the Cranbrook town council in the 2014 British Columbia municipal elections.[5]

Stetski also served as the Kootenay Regional Manager for the BC Ministry of Environment.
