Tyrel Lomax (born 1 June 1996) is an Australian professional rugby union player for the Highlanders in Super Rugby. His position is prop. He is the son of former Kiwis Rugby League prop John Lomax.[1][2]

Career

Lomax played for the Australian under 20 team and signed a two year contract with the Rebels.[3][4] He made his debut for the Rebels against the Blues as a late replacement for Laurie Weeks in a 58–16 defeat for the Rebels.

The Highlanders announced the signing of the Melbourne Rebels player in September 2017 committing his future to New Zealand rugby.[5][6][7][8]
