Raymond 'Ray' Niuia (born 1993) is a New Zealand rugby union player who currently plays for the Tasman in the Mitre 10 Cup competition. His position of choice is Hooker.

North Harbour

Niuia made 26 apperances and scored 10 points for North Harbour in 4 seasons, mostly coming off the bench - replacing first choice hooker James Parsons.

Tasman

In 2018 Niuia his debut for the Tasman Mako against Canterbury at Lansdowne Park in Blenhiem with the Mako winning 25-17. Since then Niuia has made a further 9 appearances for the Mako in the 2018 season - sharing game time with Andrew Makalio.
