Tropidostoma is an extinct genus of dicynodont therapsid.[1] Two morphotypes exist among the specimens referred to T. dubium, namely a robust form with a tall snout and large tusks ("D. dubius", "D. cavifrons", and "D. validus"), and a gracile form with a low snout and small tusks (C. platyceps", "D. rogersi", and "D. acutirostris"). This may represent sexual dimorphism or individual variation.[2]
