Toronto Premium Outlets is an outlet mall in Halton Hills, Ontario, Canada. Being the first Premium Outlet Center in Canada,[1] and the first conglomeration of stores of its type in that nation,[2] the facility opened on Thursday, August 1, 2013.[3] It is anchored by Saks Fifth Avenue Off 5th and Restoration Hardware.

The mall has 400,000 square feet (37,161 square meters) of shopping including the first ever Hudson's Bay Discount Store, which was replaced by Saks Fifth Avenue.[4]

Phase 2 of the construction has begun in 2017, and is expected to be completed sometime in 2018.

Phase 2

Phase 2 is the next phase of construction for the outlets. It will include a 5-storey parking facility, 500,000 sq. ft. in size, two times the size of the current retail space, bringing the total area to 800,000 sq ft.[5]
