Tavriysk or Tavriisk (Ukrainian: Таврійськ; Russian: Таврийск) is a town in Kherson Oblast (province) of Ukraine, close to the city of Nova Kakhovka. Administratively, it belongs to Nova Kakhovka Municipality. It is located on the left bank of the Dnieper River. Population: 10,650 (2015 est.)[1]
