Summit Lake is located along U.S. Route 45 17 miles (27 km) north of Antigo, in the town of Upham. Summit Lake has a post office with ZIP code 54485.[2] As of the 2010 census, its population is 144.[3]

History

A post office called Summit Lake has been in operation since 1882.[4] The community took its name from nearby Summit Lake.[5]
