Sumeet Hukamchand Mittal is an Indian writer, director, producer and entrepreneur contributing to the Indian Television and Film Industry. He is the Founder Director of Shashi Sumeet Productions.[1]

Sumeet hails from Ahmedabad and shifted to Mumbai in 1998 to become an Actor. Towards this goal, he joined acting classes and worked in a few commercials. He also worked with Rajshri Productions as a scriptwriter for the film Ek Vivah Aisa Bhi. Sumeet Hukamchand Mittal is the husband of Shashi Mittal who is also the Founder Director at Shashi Sumeet Productions which they launched in 2009.[2]

In 2013 He produced the Marathi movie Rangkarmi.[3]

Career

He has produced numerous soap operas and television series including Sajan Ghar Jaana Hai, Haar Jeet, Main Lakshmi Tere Aangan Ki, Dil Ki Nazar Se Khoobsurat, Kairi, Punar Vivah and Punar Vivah - Ek Nayi Umeed, Tu Mera Hero, Muh Boli Shaadi, Dream Girl — Ek Ladki Deewani Si, Tum Hi Ho Bandhu Sakha Tumhi and Diya Aur Baati Hum.[3]He is currently producing 4 new TV Show
