Nickelodeon Sonic is an Indian children's pay television channel operated by Viacom 18 as part of the Nickelodeon brand.[1]
History
Viacom 18 launched the channel in December 2011.[2] When it launched the channel mostly aired action shows like Power Rangers, Kung Fu Panda and Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles. In May 2016 the channel was re branded with the tag line "Destination of high decibel comedy and action" and was given a new logo.[3]
Since the re brand, the channel now focuses on comedy, with some shows shifted from the main Nick channel.
