Seekh kebab
Seekh kebab (Urdu: سیخ کباب, Hindi: सीख कबाब) is a type of kebab, popular in the Indian subcontinent, made with spiced minced or ground meat, formed into cylinders on skewers and grilled.[1] It is typically cooked on a mangal or barbecue, or in a tandoor.
