Postřelmov (German: Gross Heilendorf) is a village and municipality (obec) in Šumperk District in the Olomouc Region of the Czech Republic.
The municipality covers an area of 9.54 square kilometres (3.68 sq mi), and has a population of 3,276 (as at 28 August 2006).
Postřelmov lies approximately 8 kilometres (5 mi) south-west of Šumperk, 43 km (27 mi) north-west of Olomouc, and 180 km (112 mi) east of Prague.
