Plan A Entertainment (Hangul: 플랜에이 엔터테인먼트)[2] is a South Korean independent record label. The label consists of Huh Gak, Apink and Victon.

The label was formerly established under name A Cube Entertainment in 2011.

In November 2015, LOEN Entertainment (now kakao M) acquired 70% of the entire label and subsequently absorbed into LOEN Entertainment as an independent subsidiary. The label later changed their name to Plan A Entertainment.[3]

In early 2018, Kakao M actor agency E&T Story Entertainment was acquisition by Plan A Entertainment with owned 60% of the agency shares. Later that months, Choi Jin-ho (founder and co-CEO) resigned and mainted as internal director. In May 2018, Choi Jin-ho resigned from his position as internal director and 30% of the remaining shares were sold for 3.51 billion won. As a result, it became a wholly owned subsidiary of Kakao M
