NAGA Group AG is a German FinTech company, founded in 2015[1] and listed in the Scale segment on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange for small and medium companies (Boerse) since 10 July 2017.[2] Its most renowned investors are Fosun Group and Hauck & Aufhäuser. During the first seed round in early 2016, the group received €1M worth of funding.[3] On 31 March 2017 the Chinese Fosun Group invested €12.5M in the NAGA Group AG.[4] The co-founder of NAGA is former professional swimmer Benjamin Bilski.

During the initial coin offering on 28 November 2017, NAGA Group has sold its tokens for $51M worth of investment, and developing products for the own financial ecosystem. Powered by cryptocurrency NAGA coin (NGC), it includes the multi-currency NAGA Wallet, a social network for traders NAGA Trader, a licensed brokerage NAGA Market, and NAGA Virtual.[5]

On 24 August 2018 NAGA started Bundesliga cooperation with Sky Deutschland. The focus is on sponsoring the "conference divider", which displays the company name during the 1st Bundesliga conference games when changing from one match to another. Executive Director Yasin Sebastian Qureshi thinks, that with this new partnership NAGA reach people who passionately follow the fate of their team.[6]
