Miturgidae is a family of araneomorph spiders, including nearly 160 species in about 33 genera worldwide.

The family has been substantially revised, with several genera previously placed here, including the large genus Cheiracanthium, transferred to the Eutichuridae. The family Zoridae has been placed here as the subfamily Zorinae.[2]
