Mister World 2007, the fifth edition of the Mister World pageant, was held on March 31, 2007 in the tropical island of Sanya, People's Republic of China. Gustavo Gianetti of Brazil crowned his successor Juan Garcia Postigo of Spain.
Mister World 2007 was televised around the globe The event was live from the Crown of Beauty Theater. Over the weeks of the competition, the men were tested on their strength, perseverance, mental agility and determination.

- This year is the second time that the host delegate made into the semi-finals.
- China is the only East Asia country to make it into semi-finals.
- Puerto Rico is the only Caribbean country to make the finals.
- Nigeria and South Africa marks the first time an Africa country placed in the semi-finals.
