When Prasad brings out the marriage proposal, Kalpana mistakes Prasad as a bridegroom, Kalpana takes them to her brother, a strict military Major (Vijaya Rangaraju) and he fixes their alliance. At the same time, Bobby's grandmother Sarada Devi (Sowcar Janaki) is on her deathbed and wants to see the bride as her last wish. When Prasad goes to Kalpana's house, he comes to know the truth, but for fear of her brother, he does not reveal the reality. So, they decide to bring someone to act as Bobby's fiancé. When they are unable to find a girl, Prasad himself dresses up as a woman called Sarojini. But unexpectedly, Sarada Devi recovers completely and Prasad is stuck in a lady character. Sarada Devi appoints Sarojini / Prasad as a lecturer in her college and he accepts it, for an easy escape. He joins in the college, where he falls in love with a beautiful girl Soundarya (Soundarya) at first sight. Now Prasad manages two characters and makes Soundarya accept his love in Prasad's attire. After that, some unexpected incidents make Prasad in Sarojini's attire as a reformer and he becomes very popular as Madam. Meanwhile, once escaping from Kalpana and her brother, Prasad again changes his attire as a modern woman called Mandakini. During that time, an aged bachelor Rayudu (Nagesh), who is a photographer loves Mandakini. Prasad has to continue this attire also because Rayudu holds a photograph that shows his real form. Now it is a comic tale, Prasad handling 3 characters. To get rid of these problems, Prasad and Bobby decide to eliminate the "Madam" character and they do so. Unfortunately, Soundarya hears this misunderstands that they killed Madam and she tells it to Sarada Devi. At last, Prasad again comes in Madam's getup and reveals the entire truth.
