Iblin, Syria

Iblin (Arabic: أبلين), also spelled Ibleen, is a village in the Arihah District in the Idlib Governorate in Syria. It is located in the Zawiya Mountain.

On September 8, 2011, the town was the site of a Syrian government raid on a group of soldiers who had defected from the Syrian army.[1]
