Hamonado

Hamonado (not to be confused with Hamon or Glazed Bone-in Ham) is a Filipino dish consisting of pork cooked in pineapple (and/or orange, calamansi) juice. While Hamon is usually served during special occasions like Pasko (Christmas), the Hamonado is for everyday fare. Hamonado is the sweet variation of the native Filipino dish longganisa [1].
