Gothe is a village in the Southeren state of Karnataka, India.[1][2] It is located in the Jamkhandi taluk of Bagalkot district in Karnataka.

Demographics

As of 2001 India census, Gothe had a population of 5002 with 2590 males and 2412 females. and nowadays youngsters from village are joining Indian Army remarkably and even joining state police department also. which makes village unique from other neighboring villages.(edited by shrishail) [1]
