Glasgow Wildcats

Glasgow Wildcats were a team in the Netball Superleague, the elite netball competition in England, Scotland and Wales, from 2008 to 2011.

The team launched in 2008, the first Scottish team in the Superleague. It was coached by Scotland national netball team coach Denise Holland, and had substantial player overlap with the Scottish national side.[1] However, after a winless third season in 2010-11, the club were stripped of their Superleague position by England Netball, and replaced by Welsh team Celtic Dragons.[2]
