Farmers Retreat is an unincorporated community in Caesar Creek Township, Dearborn County, Indiana.
History
A post office was established at Farmers Retreat in 1852, and remained in operation until it was discontinued in 1925.[3] The center of community life is St. John's Lutheran Church which was founded in 1843. For many years it operated a school serving grades 1-8 where many of the residents of the community attended.
