Dream T Entertainment Co.,Ltd. (Hangul: 드림티엔터테인먼트) is a South Korean entertainment company established in 2009 by Lee Jong-seok.
The company is home of artists including Girl's Day and as well as actors and actresses including Hong Soo-ah, Ji Hyun-woo, Kim Min-joon.
In 2013, Imagine Asia became a majority shareholder of Dream T after acquired 100% of the entire company.[1]
In July 2015, Dream T Entertainment announced that they had acquired 41% of YMC Entertainment's shares along Dream T Entertainment parents company, Imagine Asia also acquired 39% of YMC Entertainment's shares.[3]
