Dirk van der Borg

D.R. (Dirk) van der Borg (born November 3, 1955 in Thesinge) is a Dutch politician. [1] As a member of the Christian Democratic Appeal (CDA) he has been mayor ad interim of Molenwaard since 2013.[2] Previously he was mayor of Graafstroom from 2006 to 2012. Graafstroom became part of the new municipality of Molenwaard on January 1, 2013.

Van der Borg started his career as a civil servant. He was town clerk of Lopik, Rijssen, and Rijssen-Holten.
