Meanwhile, Ramu wants to construct a school in the village, for which Aruna donates her land, by which Dharma Rao’s enmity against Ramu increases. After that, on request of the villagers, Ramu decides to dig a well, but the Sarpanch, as usual, create obstacles, but Ramu could achieve it. Actually, it is the plan of Dharma Rao, when the lady comes to ask money Dharma Rao & Satyam to kill her and put the blame on Ramu. But no one comes forward to give witness, hence Ramu is sentenced.

In the jail, Ramu gets acquaintanted with Lottery Babu (Padmanabham) and Race Raju (Raavi Kondala Rao). Dharma Rao tries to make Aruna's marriage with Satyam forcibly, but Pichi Thalli cleverly prevents it. Satyam molests Tulasi and she commits suicide. Afterward, Lottery also is released from jail, both of them start a business on Ramu’s name as "Anna Enterprises" and earn a lot of money. After some years, Ramu also gets released, Race Raju & Lottery hand over the business to him, but he refuses. Meanwhile, Ramu comes to know about injustice meted to his sister Tulasi and uncle. But Aruna did not agree to it and throws the money in Ramu’s face. Ramu tells her that the fame which he could not get as a good person, he is getting as a rich person.
