DYLL (94.7 FM), broadcasting as 94.7 Energy FM Cebu is a music FM radio station owned and operated by Ultrasonic Broadcasting System Inc.. The station's studio is located at 3rd Floor GALLARDO Bldg., Gen. Maxilom Ave., Cebu City and the transmitter is located at Boy Scouts Camp, Capitol Hills, Cebu City.

This used to be Mellow Touch 94.7, under ownership of FBS Radio Network Inc., from 1992 - 2004. In 2004, UBSI acquired this station & rebranded it as 94.7 Energy FM due the ownership swapping (along with Dagupan station in return for the latter's owned AM station in Mega Manila). Energy FM Cebu was previously broadcast on 90.7 MHz (DYAC-FM) from 1998 - 2003 and 89.1 MHz (DYDW-FM) from 2003 - 2004 (the two said frequencies are now occupied by Crossover under Mareco Broadcasting Network, Inc. in 2003 and Power FM under Word Broadcasting Corporation, an affiliate of the Catholic Media Network in 2004).

It won the "People's Choice" Award for Cebu FM Radio in the 18th KBP Golden Dove Awards.[1]
