DYFX (1305 kHz Cebu City) Radyo Agila is an AM relay station owned by the Eagle Broadcasting Corporation's DZEC in the Philippines. The station's studio and transmitter facilities are located at Brgy. San Roque, Cebu South Coastal Road, Talisay City, Cebu. Aside from being a relay station of DZEC, Radyo Agila Cebu will broadcast original programming in Cebuano.
The station began operations in 1972 as a music-formatted station.[1] However, after a few months, it was closed at the time when Martial Law was declared, along with its main station in Metro Manila, DZEC. DYFX resumed its broadcast on December 1977 (test broadcast) and implemented a new programming thrust, including the launching of news and commentary programs in the following year.
DYFX went off-air for the second time in circa 2003 due to technical difficulties. It was relaunched on July 27, 2017 in time for the Iglesia ni Cristo's 103rd anniversary and the 50th Anniversary of EBC this year.
