Chotyně (German: Ketten) is a village and municipality (obec) in Liberec District in the Liberec Region of the Czech Republic. The municipality covers an area of 9.04 square kilometers (3.49 sq mi) and has a population of 970 (as of December 2013).[1]

History

The first written mention of the village dates from 1381.[2]
