Cesate (Lombard: Scesaa [ʃeˈzɑː], locally [ʃɪˈzɑː]) is a comune (municipality) in the Metropolitan City of Milan in the Italian region Lombardy, located about 15 kilometres (9 mi) northwest of Milan.

Cesate borders the following municipalities: Limbiate, Solaro, Caronno Pertusella, Senago, Garbagnate Milanese.
