Barcreek, Kentucky

Barcreek is an unincorporated community in Clay County, in the U.S. state of Kentucky.[1]

History

A post office was established at Barcreek in 1900, and remained in operation until 1969.[2] The community's name most likely is derived from nearby Bear Creek.[3]
