The Asus Zenfone 5 is an Android smartphone made by Asus. It was unveiled on 27 February 2018 at the Mobile World Congress and went on sale on 6 August 2018.[1] It is part of a line of 2018 smartphones in the Asus ZenFone series, which also includes the high-end version, the Asus ZenFone 5Z, and the cheaper Asus ZenFone 5 Lite.
