3-(ADP)-2-phosphoglycerate + H2O 3-(ADP)-glycerate + phosphate

Thus, the two substrates of this enzyme are 3-(ADP)-2-phosphoglycerate and H2O, whereas its two products are 3-(ADP)-glycerate and phosphate.
