The 1960 Fresno State Bulldogs football team represented Fresno State College[note 1] during the 1960 College Division football season.

The team was led by second-year head coach Cecil Coleman and played home games at Ratcliffe Stadium on the campus of Fresno City College in Fresno, California. They finished the season as champions of the California Collegiate Athletic Association (CCAA) for the third consecutive year, with a record of nine wins and one loss (9–1, 5–0 CCAA). This was the sixth conference title in seven years for the Bulldogs.
