The 1951 Fresno State Bulldogs football team represented Fresno State College[note 1] during the 1951 college football season. The Bulldogs competed as an Independent in the 1951 season.

The team was led by second-year head coach Duke Jacobs and played home games at Ratcliffe Stadium on the campus of Fresno City College in Fresno, California. They finished the season with a record of five wins and five losses (5–5).
