     An answer which may be explained in an academic way is: because of the structure of the law at the present, the Thai Constitutional Court has already become part of the coup system. Its spirit is different from [that of] the creation of all the constitutional courts in the world, which is meant for protecting [the principles of] rechtsstaat and democracy. The Thai Constitutional Court has, however, transformed into part of the coup system.
