Nyonnais speelde in 2007/2008 in de 1.Liga en de club promoveerde datzelfde jaar naar de Challenge League (2e Zwitserse niveau). Stade Nyonnais bereikte in het seizoen 2007/08 de kwartfinale van de strijd om de Zwitserse beker. In het seizoen 2011/2012 degradeerde de club naar de nieuw gevormde 1. Liga Promotion.
