Segunda Liga 2005/06

De Segunda Liga 2005–2006 was de 16de editie van de strijd in deze op één na hoogste divisie van het Portugese betaald voetbal. De competitie heette deze voetbaljaargang officieel de Liga de Honra 2005/2006. Het ging van start op 21 augustus 2005 en eindigde op 7 mei 2006. Uitgesloten van deelname waren FC Alverca en FC Felgueiras omdat beide clubs niet op tijd aan hun financiële verplichtingen hadden voldaan. Als hun vervangers werden Gondomar SC en Grupo Desportivo de Chaves aangewezen, de nummer 16 en 17 van het voorgaande seizoen.
