Polonium-212 of ²¹²Po is een onstabiele radioactieve isotoop van polonium, een metalloïde. De isotoop komt van nature niet op Aarde voor.

Polonium-212 kan ontstaan door radioactief verval van bismut-212, astaat-212, radon-212 of radon-216.

Radioactief verval

Polonium-212 vervalt tot de stabiele isotoop lood-208, onder uitzending van alfastraling:
