History
The city itself is mentioned for the first time in 996 AD.
However, the area had been known since ancient Roman times for its hot springs, which were enhanced by Bartolomeo Colleoni and are still active. The word Balneario in the name means "of the baths" in Italian, identifying Trescore Balneario as a spa town.

- The Neoclassicist cathedral with paintings by the Venetians Antonio Balestra and Sebastiano Ricci.
- The chapel of the private Villa Suardi on the State Road for Tonale has frescoes by Lorenzo Lotto, dedicated to the histories of Saint Barbara and Brigida (1524).
