At the 2000 census there were 205 people in 106 households, including 73 families, in the CDP. The population density was 355.3 people per square mile (136.5/km²). There were 142 housing units at an average density of 246.1/sq mi (94.5/km²). The racial makeup of the CDP was 92.68% White, 0.98% Black or African American, 0.98% Native American, 0.49% Asian, 1.95% from other races, and 2.93% from two or more races. 7.32% of the population were Hispanic or Latino of any race.[5] Of the 106 households 1.9% had children under the age of 18 living with them, 64.2% were married couples living together, 2.8% had a female householder with no husband present, and 31.1% were non-families. 25.5% of households were one person and 17.9% were one person aged 65 or older. The average household size was 1.93 and the average family size was 2.23.

The age distribution was 6.3% under the age of 18, 0.5% from 18 to 24, 6.8% from 25 to 44, 41.5% from 45 to 64, and 44.9% 65 or older. The median age was 64 years. For every 100 females, there were 93.4 males. For every 100 females age 18 and over, there were 92.0 males.

The median household income was $33,125 and the median family income was $34,861. Males had a median income of $26,250 versus $23,750 for females. The per capita income for the CDP was $20,517. None of the families and 6.7% of the population were living below the poverty line, including no under eighteens and 14.0% of those over 64.
